The very best location in town! The apartment was very nice, with good beds and furniture. Light rooms ( always light in Iceland !!) But dark curtains were available! Minimilized ( in a good way) northern type decoration and furniture. On the whole however we were satisfied. Free internet was nice. If we would be back in Reykjavik we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Welcome apts are very comfortable and clean. It is a large self contained apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect to find. They have a luggage area available which we found very convenient on the day we were leaving as we were not leaving until the afternoon and it was great to be able to leave our luggage somewhere safe. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the main street or the sea. We loved the mattress on the beds, very luxurious. I would recommend these apartments with hesitation.
